Located in Italy, the new Executive Spa Hotel has been renovated in a smart and full plastic-free way, totally made in Italy. In its modern look, the hotel offers 64 rooms, 5 of which are suites, designed by Gualtiero Sacchi studio with shapes and materials recalling the 1950s style. Florim is one of the Italian design brand chosen for the project, with different collections characterized by a high aesthetic impact and a distinct personality.
The marble effects of the Les Bijoux, Étoile and Prexious collections decorate the walls of the lobby, the counter at the entrance and the restaurant areas. The Studios collection has been used for the flooring. Its sophisticated but discrete personality creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The I Filati and Prexious collections take centre stage in the guest rooms, while Étoile slabs are used in the bathrooms together with the cement-inspired Studios surfaces. The Sensi collection, designed by Matteo Thun, covers the spa area and expresses the tactile quality of earth-inspired surfaces. The collection combines aesthetic research and technical performance, making it suitable for complex design contexts as well.
